Cancellation Policy
At The Polished Apothecary, each appointment is a space held just for you. When that space goes unfilled, it cannot easily be offered to someone else in need of tending. For standard appointments, we kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 30% of the scheduled service.
For custom press orders — The Bespoke Essential, The Bespoke Cure, and The Bespoke Sovereign — a 50% non-refundable deposit secures your place in the queue, as each set is handcrafted specifically for you from the apothecary's bench. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your confirmed completion date; cancellations made within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit.
Pre-made sets are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. If there's an issue with your order upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
